The staff of the Society for East Sea is composed of the president, three vice–presidents, 22 members of the board of directors, and an auditor. It also has the honorary posts of two advisors and one honorary president.
All the decisions are made at the meeting of the board of directors composed of the above mentioned staff. The Society for East Sea has four subdivisions – each for research, international affairs, publication and public relations – in order to effectively execute its programs.
