The Society for East Sea conducts research to clarify the history and legitimacy of the name of the East Sea at the request of a government agency, and publishes the results as a booklet, and uses it as promotional material for the East Sea.
Since 2013, the papers and discussion points of the international seminar held that year have been collected and published as a book and distributed to domestic and foreign institutions and libraries.
In 2021, a book composed of 16 chapters and one Discussion was published by members of the Society for East Sea on the current status and tasks of the spread of the East Sea name.
